ABOUT US

I’ve been an open-water swimmer for years, even through winter, and I loved the post-swim buzz – but warming up always took forever. When I discovered the incredible benefits of sauna – deep relaxation, faster recovery, and feeling healthier overall – I was hooked.

After building my own sauna at home and experiencing the difference it made, I wanted to share that same feeling with other swimmers and wellness lovers. And that’s how Wild Heat Sauna was born.
